Why this riff works
I wanted to make my 6 string sound hotter than an Israeli pager, so I tuned down to Drop B and started pluckin' on the ol' Phrygian scale. I wanted to work on some string hoping, and was really liking the sound of the high B mixed with the low B. After some playing around, I smushed a few riffs together, and here we are.
