The short version

Share your own riffs, be honest, don't steal. Downloads are for learning, not for re-selling. We can remove content and accounts that break these rules.

Your submissions

By submitting a riff you confirm it is your own original work, and you give Riffipedia a non-exclusive license to host and display it — including the tab file, its rendered notation, your commentary, and any video you link. You keep full ownership of your music. Submissions are moderated; we may decline or remove anything at our discretion.

Downloads (Guitar Pro files)

When a contributor allows downloads, the file is offered for personal use and learning only. No redistribution, no re-uploading elsewhere, and no commercial use without the author's permission. The riff remains the author's work — treat the download like borrowing their notebook, not owning it.

Riffipedia removes content in response to valid copyright claims. See our DMCA page for the formal process.
